Overview
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Ewyde (“we,” “us,” “our”) to our clients. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Scope of Services
Ewyde provides digital marketing, web development, and related services as outlined in the specific service agreement or proposal shared with each client. The scope of work, deliverables, and timelines will be defined in individual project agreements.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and access to any resources, such as website credentials, content, or brand assets, required to complete the agreed services.
Payments & Fees
All fees are payable as per the agreed payment schedule in the service agreement. Delayed payments may result in a pause or discontinuation of services until dues are cleared.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all deliverables created by Ewyde become the property of the client only after full and final payment has been received.
Limitation of Liability
Ewyde will make reasonable efforts to deliver quality services but shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Termination
Either party may terminate services as per the terms outlined in the individual service agreement and our Service Termination & Digital Asset Handover Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
